Executive Biography
Justin Abdollahi is a CFO-level finance executive with 20 years of experience operating at the intersection of growth, capital, and strategic execution across media, gaming, and digital platforms. He has owned and supported multi-billion-dollar P&Ls and built finance organizations that enable companies to scale with discipline and investor-grade visibility.
He is known for bringing institutional financial discipline into creative and high-growth organizations, enabling scale without loss of control.
He has held senior finance leadership roles at Crunchyroll (Sony Pictures Entertainment), Sony Pictures, Skydance Media, Paramount, and NBCUniversal, where he built and led FP&A organizations supporting global content and distribution businesses.
Justin partners directly with CEOs, boards, and investors, with deep experience in subscription economics, performance marketing, content investment, and M&A. His work consistently focuses on improving capital efficiency, strengthening operating cadence, and translating strategy into execution.
Justin holds a BS in Business Management and Economics from the State University of New York and an MBA in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has completed executive programs in Leadership & Management at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Registered Investment Adviser in California and a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
