Justin Abdollahi is a dynamic finance executive with 20 years of leadership experience driving growth, transformation, and operational excellence across media, entertainment, gaming, and digital content. Known for building world-class FP&A functions and managing multi-billion-dollar P&Ls, Justin has consistently delivered enterprise value through financial discipline, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

 

As a trusted advisor to CEOs, boards, and investors, Justin brings deep expertise in DTC, subscription, and ad-supported media; performance marketing; content production; and M&A advisory. He is highly regarded for his ability to lead through change, cultivate high-performing teams, and execute strategies that translate into measurable business outcomes.

 

Currently leading strategic finance initiatives that lay the foundation for the next phase of the company’s evolution, Justin is focused on strengthening the executive bench to support continued growth, capital efficiency, and long-term value creation.

 

Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics from the State University of New York and an MBA in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University. He also holds executive certificates in Leadership & Management, and Board Governance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he is a Registered Investment Adviser in the State of California and an active member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
