Justin Abdollahi

Executive Biography

Justin Abdollahi is a senior finance and operating executive with 20 years of leadership experience driving growth, transformation, and strategic excellence across media, entertainment, gaming, and digital content. He has held senior finance leadership roles at Crunchyroll (Sony Pictures Entertainment), Sony Pictures, Skydance Media, Paramount, and NBCUniversal, where he built and led world-class FP&A organizations and managed multi-billion-dollar P&Ls supporting global content and distribution businesses.

Throughout his career, Justin has partnered closely with CEOs, boards, and investors as a trusted advisor, bringing deep expertise in direct-to-consumer and subscription businesses, performance marketing, content greenlighting, production finance, and M&A. He is known for combining financial rigor with strategic judgment, enabling creative organizations to scale efficiently while delivering measurable enterprise value.

Justin is highly regarded for leading through complexity and change, building high-performing teams, and translating long-range strategy into disciplined execution. In his most recent roles, he has focused on strengthening executive infrastructure, capital allocation frameworks, and operating cadence to support sustained growth, margin expansion, and long-term value creation.

 

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics from the State University of New York and an MBA in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has completed executive programs in Leadership & Management and Board Governance at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Registered Investment Adviser in the State of California and an active member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
